Welcome to Deborah Beers’ Community Member’s Special Page.
Are you having difficulty falling asleep, waking during the night or waking too early in the morning?
It’s no accident and it’s affecting your mental and physical health in very scary ways.
Sleep deprivation is associated with obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure, inflammation, higher risk of cancer, memory loss, reduced executive function of the brain, psychological problems such as anxiety and depression, bad moods and irritability, stunted growth, reduced libido …. the list goes on and on.

This comprehensive training program, that includes over 25 videos on all aspects of sleeping better, is available here to members of Deb’s community, you do NOT have to be referred by a doctor. And please just ignore the references that are designed for patients of medical practitioners.
Topics covered include peak performance, how much sleep we need, hard to fall asleep, difficulties waking in the night, training for people who wake too early, lifestyle and dietary help, tips on exercise and the sleep environment, discussions on melatonin, the underlying causes of insomnia, are sleeping pills the solution, what happens when we sleep, mental health issues connected to sleep deprivation (anxiety, depression, stress etc), food additives that affect all aspects of sleep, etc. The training also includes expert interviews with state of the art information.
