This comprehensive training program, that includes over 25 videos on all aspects of sleeping better, is available here – to anyone – you do NOT have to be referred by a doctor.

Topics covered include peak performance, how much sleep we need, hard to fall asleep, difficulties waking in the night, training for people who wake too early, lifestyle and dietary help, tips on exercise and the sleep environment, discussions on melatonin, the underlying causes of insomnia, are sleeping pills the solution, what happens when we sleep, mental health issues connected to sleep deprivation (anxiety, depression, stress etc), food additives that affect all aspects of sleep, etc. The training also includes expert interviews with state of the art information.
